| Versiony is a SaaS website where you can create and store documents online. These documents are then publicly accessible to everyone. With Versiony you can make sure that your customers and employees can always view the latest version of your documents. | The versions | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The heart of Versiony is the version: You can create as many versions as you want within your storage space. One advantage: new versions only consume additional storage space as far as they have changed. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Designs and versions | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| You can either create designs or new versions of your documents. New drafts count the second place of your version counter (1.x). New versions count the first place (x.0). The drafts cannot be published. This will make your internal cooperation easier. For example, you can ask an employee to create a new draft. | Recovery of versions | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| You can easily restore any version. To do this, you simply select the old version and restore it. Then you can edit them as you like or simply publish them as a new version. | Easy integration into existing systems | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Versiony offers you the opportunity to integrate your documents into existing systems (e.g. in your website or in an app). You can get your documents in different formats like HTML, PDF and JSON. You can then insert these into your system once, e.g. by means of an iFrames. The technical part is done and you can concentrate on the content. You can then easily customize and publish it in the editor of Versiony. The document is then automatically updated at any location where you have integrated it. You can easily copy and paste the appropriate code to insert in the document settings on your website: Easy as that. |

| You already own your documents in Word format? All the better: Save copy & paste and the associated error rate. Simply upload it at Versiony and Versiony converts the documents to the correct format. Then you can easily revise your document and publish it directly. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| GDPR-compliant AI translation | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Versiony offers you the opportunity to automatically translate your documents. You can then adjust the proposed text as desired. Versiony is also intelligent: It recognizes when you have translated and revised a text. In this case, the automatic translation of a subsequent version takes over your already adjusted translation. You also don't have to worry that the text of your documents or translations is processed into foreign systems. Your texts come into software that does not send the content to third parties. The artificial intelligence is not trained with your texts. Versiony currently offers four languages for translations: German, English, French and Spanish. |

| The so-called transparency documents are even more secure. Once you have published such a document, you can't withdraw a release unless you delete the document completely. For this type of document, Laware states that published versions of the document have not been modified in its life cycle. | Real-time cooperation | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Versiony provides the function to share documents with your employees or external persons (e.g. a data protection officer) for cooperation. If the same document is opened on different devices, the sections are updated automatically. Different version strands are thus virtually excluded and all are up-to-date. You can also provide individual sections with a comment to remember important considerations about this section later or to discuss the content with others. |

| Microsoft Single Sign On (SSO) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| With some apps, Laware offers you the opportunity to log in via Microsoft SSO. To do this, you simply have to tell us the corresponding mail addresses and we will set up corresponding accesses to your employees. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| PDF download option | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Finally, Versiony offers you the opportunity to offer the current version of your document as a PDF download. To do this, you simply activate the corresponding function: done. No more long-term conversion and beneening. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Access restrictions | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Versiony also offers the possibility to restrict public access to documents. If this function is activated, the document can only be viewed from certain IP addresses. This is helpful if documents are to be provided only in the internal company network. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Search index | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| You can decide whether or not your documents are to be indexed in search engines such as Google. Depending on the setting, Versiony sets corresponding metatags for robots. The documents are not indexed by default. A metatag against AI training is set by default. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
